Milestone

Blinkbonnie recently passed a pretty amazing milestone, we have delivered 25,000 lessons since we opened!

New Horses

Tilley is a new horse who will only be used for advanced riders at the moment. Tilley used to be a race horse and needs some time and some more training so that she can settle down into the riding school routine. She is a very pretty brown Thoroughbred mare! Tilley Update : Tilley has been retired from riding and is now in foal to a Fjord Pony. She is due in September 2009 and we are hoping for a 14hh buckskin. We are excited about having our first Blinkbonnie foal and have already started choosing some names. Tilley update March 09: She is now looking very fat and pregnant!

Prince (15.2hh bay gelding) and Princess (15.3hh grey mare) are at Blinkbonnie on trial. Prince has been used in a few lessons and already has some firm fans, Princess is getting a bit more jump training before she is ready to be used. Update: Prince is being used in the school now and is a very good boy. Princess has proved to be too fast in her jumping to be ridden by clients and is for sale. We hope to find a nice home for her where she doesn't have to do any jumping.

Bella is a 15hh bay mare who used to be owned by Natalie's family. She is currently in training.

Mango Boy s a 13.2hh chestnut gelding. He is a Haflinger/Arab cross with a flaxen mane and tail. He is very cute and friendly. He is only partially broken and has just started being ridden. Mango update March 09: He is going really well and has started going some jumping and his canter transitions are getting there.

Jack (the horse) is a 15.3hh bay gelding. He is an ex-racehorse who has recently retired, he will be given a month or so paddock rest before he starts his training for the riding school. Jack is very handsome and also friendly, he is always waiting at the gate for a treat or a pat. Jack Update March 09: Jack has started being ridden and his proving to be a firm favorite of the staff who ride him, he still has quite a bit more training to go though. May 09 Update: Jack has just started being ridden by clients.

Welcome to Toppy and Chilli who have recently joined the riding school!
